Spanish Lessons - Ana Isabel Aguayo-Gonzalez

  1. The subject of this cooperation is online Spanish language lessons conducted individually, in pairs or in groups.
  2. Each lesson lasts either 45, 60 or 90 minutes, as agreed individually.
  3. Students’ personal data (first name, last name, email address, phone number) are used solely for organizational purposes related to the course and will not be shared with third parties.
  4. Information regarding scheduled lessons are kept in an Excel document.

 

PACKAGE REGULATIONS

  1. The packages available are shown on the webpage (ratitodele.es/cursos) with their corresponding prices up to date.
  2. The quantity of lessons per package must be at least 5 lessons.

 

ABSENCES AND MAKE-UP CLASSES

 

  1. If a Student informs the Teacher of an absence at least 24 hours in advance, the lesson may be rescheduled. Failure to cancel the lesson in time results in the lesson being considered completed and paid for.
  2. The Teacher reserves the right to cancel a class with less than 24 hours’ notice in exceptional In such cases, an alternative lesson date will be offered.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

 

  1. Lessons start at the scheduled time and last for the full 45, 60 or 90 minutes – regardless of when the student joins. Late arrival does not extend the lesson or reduce the price.

 

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE LESSONS

 

  1. If a student decides to discontinue the lessons, they are required to inform the Teacher and finish the lessons that have been purchased. Otherwise, the Teacher has the right to retain payment for lessons that were not scheduled.

 

 

PAYMENTS

 

  1. Students are required to pay in advance according to their chosen package.
  2. Payment must be made in the following 5 days after receiving the invoice as one total amount for all scheduled lessons for that
  3. Payment delays of more than 5 days will result in the suspension of participation in lessons until the outstanding amount is settled.

FINAL PROVISIONS

 

  1. These regulations enter into force upon acceptance by the Student and remain valid until revoked or the end of cooperation
  2. If any provision of the contract is changed, students will be notified before the change takes effect.
