COURSE REGULATIONS - RATITO DE ELE
Spanish Lessons — Ana Isabel Aguayo-González
Course Regulations (English version)
1. These regulations govern online Spanish language lessons conducted individually, in pairs, or in groups.
2. Each lesson lasts either 60 or 90 minutes, as agreed individually between the Teacher and the Student.
3. Students' personal data (first name, last name, email address, phone number) is used solely for organizational purposes related to the course and will not be shared with third parties.
4. Information regarding scheduled lessons is kept in an internal record (Excel document) for administrative purposes only.
Package Regulations
5. Available packages and their up-to-date prices are published on the website (ratitodele.es/cursos).
6. Lessons may be booked individually or as part of monthly packages of 4, 8, or 12 lessons.
7. Monthly packages are valid for up to 5 months from the date of payment. This period may be extended if the Student provides a justified reason.
Booking via Calendly
8. All lessons are booked through Calendly (calendly.com/anaisenele), which shows the Teacher's real-time availability and automatically detects the Student's time zone.
9. Each purchased package has its own dedicated Calendly booking link, which already has the corresponding number of purchased lessons built in (e.g., a 12-lesson package generates 12 available bookings on that link). Students can use this link to schedule all the lessons included in their package without needing a separate booking process for each individual class.
10. It is the Student's responsibility to schedule all lessons included in their package using the correct Calendly link provided for that package.
Group Classes Regulations
11. If a Student misses a group class, it cannot be rescheduled unless all members of the group agree to change the date and time of the lesson.
12. Absence from a group class does not entitle the Student to a refund, partial refund, or price reduction.
13. Missed group classes cannot be made up by attending another group, as adding extra students would exceed the small-group size limits.
Absences and Make-Up Classes
14. If a Student notifies the Teacher of an absence at least 24 hours in advance, the lesson may be rescheduled. If the cancellation is not made in time, the lesson is considered completed and remains payable.
15. The Teacher reserves the right to cancel a class with less than 24 hours' notice in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, an alternative lesson date will be offered.
Late Arrivals
16. Lessons start at the scheduled time and last the full 60 or 90 minutes, regardless of when the Student joins. Arriving late does not extend the lesson or reduce its price.
Withdrawal from Lessons
17. Students who decide to discontinue lessons must inform the Teacher and complete any lessons already purchased. Otherwise, the Teacher reserves the right to retain payment for the lessons that were paid for but not scheduled or attended.
Payments
18. Students are required to pay in advance according to their chosen package.
19. Payment must be made within 5 days of receiving the invoice, as a single total amount covering all lessons scheduled for that period.
20. Payment delays exceeding 5 days will result in the suspension of lessons until the outstanding amount is settled.
Payment methods: The Teacher will provide the necessary payment details. Accepted methods are bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, or Revolut.
Final Provisions
21. These regulations take effect upon acceptance by the Student and remain valid until revoked or until the end of the cooperation.
22. Students will always have access to these regulations, which will remain published on the website (ratitodele.es/regulacion-cursos).
